Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces may take 10–15 working days.

We ship pan-India through insured courier partners. Large golu stands and mandirs are crated with protective packing; fragile items are double-boxed.

Typical delivery time is 5–10 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared over email and WhatsApp.

Shipping charges are calculated on order confirmation based on weight and destination pin code.
